1 – Introduction: If you decide to engage with our services, we will request Beverage and Food Invoices before our first count to enable us to build your profile on our database. If you had a full Stock product list this would also be beneficial to us as all our counts would be on Tablets and if we had your profile built, Stock Valuations would be available the second the count is completed.

2 – Day One: We go in as early as possible and carry the first full Beverage and/or Food Stock count. This would function as your Opening Stock moving forward. We would consult with your Team (Manager/Financial Controller/) to start the process of recording information for us to enable us to produce an on-site report on the next visit.

3 – Next Stocktake: We would then return on a scheduled agreed date and repeat the counting process. If you would prefer one of your team to accompany us on our count, this would be welcomed by us. We would then gather all recorded information from yourselves and input the information to our database.

4 – First Draft Report: We will now be ready to produce a report based on our Count and all information you provide. As we only do One count a day,we have time to sit down / Re Count / Re Check Information before we move forward. Any anomalies will be addressed and/or investigated on first draft. Once you are happy with all procedure’s we can produce all our Reports based on our findings.

5 – Final Draft Report: Once we have conducted all our queries, we will be able to issue Final Draft. We normally would include any recommendations we have to improve the bottom line.

6 – Next Stocktake: We would plan for the next Stocktake/ Provisional time/date and repeat the process
