We at Senstock are constantly developing and Updating our Database and Work protocol. We are currently doing all counting on our Tablets for both Beverage and Food. This process speeds up the counting as well as providing Location and Department Valuations instantly. Our tablets are linked to our database so the time we Sync our tablets, the information recorded is transferred to our database instantly. This enables Stock Valuations at time of stocktake completion.

We at Senstock attempt to schedule a single stock count per day to enable On Site Reporting where & when possible. This process has proven successful and would mean that all Counting, Reporting and Findings of our Services are dealt with and addressed on the day of count. The normal procedure would be a Sit Down with Owner/Manager to discuss findings.

Knowing that the first day of the month may be a requirement for our clients we have a built-in feature on our reporting platform to enable us to calculate the Stock holding on the first of month regardless of the day of Stocktake Count.

We also have a remote access option for our clients to view all their Reports, Valuations if they choose.
